I must admit I was a little skeptical about whether I would even understand the Kaizen method. The author has described Kaizen in such a way that even I understood it and can appreciate how it works and how beneficial it can be. It wouldn't surprise me to find that Kaizen is part of the reason we as Americans have changed our mind about the quality of Japanese products. When I was a kid, people used to mock Japanese products as so much junk. Now, the Japanese make some of the best products there are. Just look at Honda, for example.Every business leader in the country should at least consider using Kaizen to improve their products and their sales. This book would be an effective way to start that process.

It is a practical overview of activities, tools, proposals and ideas related to Kaizen which can help during implementing of Kaizen not only in manufacturing environment.

There is better information found on google than in this book, this is a ppt and not a book.
Good for beginners to get general concept of Kaizen. It clearly present where and when Kaizen comes from, how it process, what to expect both positives and negatives - feedback and results.
